Alinity m System
The Alinity m System is designed to automate the steps for nucleic acid testing, which includes sample processing, amplification, detection, and data reduction. The Alinity m System is a fully integrated instrument that can process 300 samples per day (approximately 8 hours) from firstsample aspiration to last test result. The Alinity m System supports random access to assays aswell as continuous loading of samples, reagents and commodities. Samples can be loaded onthe system in any order and the system will schedule them to be processed based on system defined criteria.
Abbott Realtime m2000
The ABBOTT® m2000 system is intended for use in performing nucleic acid testing in clinical laboratories. It is comprised of the ABBOTT m2000sp and the ABBOTT m2000rt instruments. The ABBOTT m2000sp is an automated system for performing sample preparation for nucleic acid testing. The ABBOTT m2000rt is an automated system for performing fluorescence-based PCR to provide quantitative and qualitative detection of nucleic acid sequences.
